Join Channel Seaways in Guernsey as a Health and Safety Expert. Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance while fostering a proactive workplace setting.

We're looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to implement and monitor safety policies within Channel Seaways. This full-time role will focus on compliance with safety legislation, training team members, and developing procedures to protect employees, contractors, and visitors. There will also be opportunities to conduct external H&S; training as time allows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute health and safety policies
• Ensure organizational compliance with safety standards
• Monitor and mitigate safety risks effectively
• Facilitate training sessions for staff
• Provide external H&S; training services

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in health and safety management
• Thorough understanding of compliance regulations
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Valid Guernsey work and residence license
• Willingness to support flexible working hours
