Your responsibilities will include collections on receivables, account reconciliations, and monitoring of outstanding debts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong franchisee relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect receivables due from franchisees for Tim Hortons
• Perform accurate account reconciliations and billing assessments




• Transparent cash on account and allocate payments accurately
• Monitor and report on outstanding bad debt balances
• Lead weekly calls with Operations and Finance teams

Requirements:
• 2+ years in franchise operations or finance
• University degree in finance or business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities
