Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in acute stress and PTSD knowledge
• Intervene in crisis situations efficiently and effectively
• Engage with employees and management to offer support
• Share clinical summaries of interventions performed
• Communicate effectively with the Trauma Coordinator
Requirements:
• University degree in psychology, social work, or related fields
• Valid professional practice license and liability insurance
• Strong knowledge in psychological care and crisis management
• Punctuality and flexibility for daytime interventions
• Access to a vehicle for transportation
