We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Lead to oversee daily site operations and help deliver these outstanding projects from excavation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations and coordinate trades, schedules, and material deliveries.

Perform carpentry and assist with construction activities as required.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.

Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship throughout construction.

Work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Review drawings and resolve construction issues proactively.





Assist with material prep, site logistics, and project planning.

Identify change orders and communicate project updates.

Qualifications

10-15 years of residential construction experience.

5+ years leading custom home projects.

Solid carpentry background with a toolbelt-on approach.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of the BC Building Code and municipal inspections.

Experience coordinating multiple trades.

Valid BC Driver's Licence.

Eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Certifications:

Occupational First Aid Level 1

CSTS

Confined Space (asset)

Full-time, permanent

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

$45.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience

North Vancouver and surrounding North Shore communities

Reliable transportation required
