As part of Dillon's Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will leverage your 8-10 years of experience to help municipalities navigate aging infrastructure complexities. This role emphasizes comprehensive asset management plans and building robust client relationships. You’ll be key in managing project teams and delivering high-quality results across various infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of Asset Management plans and SOTI reports
• Identify market opportunities and grow Dillon's municipal footprint
• Consult and advise municipal stakeholders on investment strategies
• Manage diverse project teams for timely delivery
• Facilitate community workshops, including with Indigenous Communities
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 8-10 years in municipal infrastructure and asset management
• Solid communication skills for technical concepts
• Proven business development proficiency
