Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership teams for HR improvements
• Craft job descriptions and interview materials
• Support recruitment strategies and job fairs
• Manage onboarding and employee training processes
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and disability claims

Requirements:
• HR Diploma or Business Degree with HR Major
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience
• CPHR designation or in progress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ADP WFN
• Must possess strong organizational skills
