Reporting to the Test Manager, you will oversee all aspects related to QC test equipment, including its configuration, repair, and maintenance. This role demands your leadership to conduct training sessions and maintain detailed records of safety protocols and equipment readiness. By enforcing safety guidelines and streamlining processes, you will reinforce a working culture centered on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety training for QC personnel on equipment usage
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities
• Coordinate with purchasing for equipment repairs and parts




• Assess and recommend upgrades for test equipment
• Engage in root cause analysis for any equipment failures
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering or similar preferred
• 3-5 years in electrical testing or manufacturing environment
• Expertise in electrical test methods and equipment
• Understanding of safety standards including NFPA 70E
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
