Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks and answer inquiries
• Maintain client records and provide information/referrals
• Register clients and promote the program effectively
• Assist with client intake and workshop logistics
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Requirements:
• Office Management or Business Administration diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant administration experience
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A satisfactory Criminal record check
