This position is vital for First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and refugee families, providing essential support for family time and transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate family time for children and parents
• Teach parenting skills and positive discipline techniques
• Transport children to appointments and family time
• Document observations formally and objectively
• Attend required trainings and supervision meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in a Human Services Field
• Experience with Child & Family Services preferred
• Knowledge of diverse, especially Indigenous, cultures
• Robust oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
