Type: Full time | Permanent | Remote (Philippines-based )

We’re a growing landscaping company in Canada looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You’ll be helping us manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Handle daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Record invoices, expenses, and payments accurately
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
- Track payroll data, employee reimbursements, and deductions
- Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting
- Prepare monthly reports and financial summaries for management
- Assist with vendor statements and communication with suppliers

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)




- Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping

Work Hours

Remote | Monday–Friday

Must be available during Canadian business hours (PST)
