As a part of the HR and Recruiting team at Efficient, you will report to the Head of People Ops and work closely with the Senior TA Partner. You will manage recruitment for specialized roles in semiconductor engineering and AI hardware, while also supporting onboarding and enhancing HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment for semiconductor and AI-related roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Conduct effective phone screens for candidate qualification
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing
• Enhance the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of HR or recruiting experience in semiconductor
• Knowledge of engineering functions in semiconductor organizations
• Skilled in recruiting for technical roles
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate experience
