This position offers a permanent, salaried employment prospect reporting to the Senior Regional Director. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in heavy construction and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and audits for safety compliance
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations using company databases
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers regarding safety standards

• Support field teams by providing safety expertise and resources

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in heavy construction or equipment roles
• OH&S; Certificate or similar safety designation preferred
• Knowledge of provincial workplace legislation
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
