Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of helmet systems and integrated products
• Manage complete product lifecycle from concept to support
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Create specifications,
validation plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years in product development or related engineering roles
• Experience with defense or tactical communications
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
