In this pivotal role at KOHO, you’ll report to the Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting, helping to build a robust regulatory reporting framework for KOHO Bank. You will be responsible for operationalizing reporting processes, preparing regulatory submissions, and ensuring all outputs align with audit standards. This position emphasizes cross-department collaboration to enhance data quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize KOHO’s finance regulatory reporting framework
• Ensure timely, accurate regulatory return submissions
• Collaborate with Finance,



Risk, and Data teams
• Maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulators
• Coordinate month-end closure and reconciliations

Requirements:
• CPA with over 6 years in financial reporting
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Proven ability to design reporting controls
• Strong communicator with problem-solving abilities
