The Senior RTE is pivotal in forming the Agile Release Train and streamlining its operating model. You will facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, manage risks, and refine teamwork among various service areas such as Architecture and QA. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will drive continuous improvements throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate predictable delivery with a high-level overview
• Set up the ART's operational cadence and workflows
• Lead PI Planning sessions and track dependencies




• Address systemic hurdles and foster alignment across teams
• Enhance delivery flow using metrics and coaching

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of Agile experience, including RTE or Agile Coach roles
• Strong skills in facilitation and stakeholder management
• Protected RTE certification necessary
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Monday preferred
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus
