Job Responsibilities





Leading and managing a crew of 3-5 on daily lawn and landscape maintenance tasks.

Performing hands-on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean-up.

Safely operating and driving company truck/trailer setups to transport equipment.

Keeping your sites clean, safe, and on schedule.

Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.

Motivating your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.

Qualifications

Valid G Class Driver's License and clean abstract.

5+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.

3+ years in a leadership or foreperson role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and job sites.

Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
