Lake Shore Gold is hiring a Skilled Underground Electrician for its Timmins West and Bell Creek operations in Ontario. Experience the challenge of working with high-voltage systems in a full-time role.

This full-time position entails responsibilities such as installing portable substations and troubleshooting underground radio systems. The 5-5-4 rotating schedule allows for a balance of day and night shifts. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in maintaining industrial electrical control systems while ensuring safety and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install 13.8KV and 4160V underground infrastructures
• Maintain and troubleshoot long hole drills and electric bolters
• Operate underground communication systems effectively




• Uphold safety standards across all operations
• Work collaboratively with the electrical maintenance team

Requirements:
• Must hold an electrical licence (309A) or equivalent
• Proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Familiarity with AC Hoists is preferred
• Basic UG Hard Rock Common Core is necessary
• Eligible to work in Canada
