With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, you will offer personalized patient care, ensuring high standards in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients
• Coordinate care with Registered Nurses and healthcare team
• Document patient information per Quinte Health standards




• Participate in quality assurance and continuing education
• Assist in the delivery of specialized palliative care

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 6 months experience in medical or surgical care
• CPR and BLS certification required
• Willingness to handle physically demanding tasks
• Satisfactory Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check
