As a Team Leader, you will manage daily yard operations while collaborating with management to align with PERI's vision. Your role involves leading a team, maintaining efficiency, and fostering a secure, organized workplace. You will focus on quality assurance and optimizing resources for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily team operations and workflow management
• Ensure quality standards for processes and materials
• Optimize labour, equipment, and material usage
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through checks

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Previous outdoor yard environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and practices
• Experience with logistical coordination
