As our business continues to expand internationally, we're looking for a highly collaborative Program Manager & Engineering Liaison to help bridge engineering, commercial teams, customers, and suppliers while driving strategic projects from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our growing team, you will:

Lead and coordinate strategic programs supporting the deployment of Ionada's carbon capture technologies.

Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, business development, and engineering teams.

Partner with commercial teams during customer meetings, technical presentations, proposal development, and project planning.

Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering priorities and product solutions.

Coordinate supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.

Facilitate technical and commercial discussions with suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Support product customization, implementation planning, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.

Drive cross-functional collaboration by managing project schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Support the establishment and growth of Ionada's partnerships, operations, and business infrastructure in China.

Travel within Canada and internationally, including regular business travel to China (approximately six trips per year).

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, business, and international collaboration.

You will likely be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering Coordination, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, or a similar technical role.

Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with international customers, suppliers, or cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

Experience working in or with China is considered a strong asset.

Experience in carbon capture, industrial process engineering, chemical processes, or other clean technology industries is an asset.
