This role focuses on the hands-on management of portfolios within CC&L;’s Fundamental Canadian Equity Team. You will execute portfolio changes, monitor compliance, and spearhead process improvement initiatives involving AI and automation. Your team-oriented work with Portfolio Managers and research analysts will directly drive portfolio performance and team success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily portfolio changes and manage cash flows
• Monitor compliance flags and resolve portfolio constraints
• Evaluate portfolio risk and performance attribution




• Ensure operational efficiency of portfolio management tools
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of investment management principles
• Degree in Finance or Computer Science; CFA is an asset
