Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive cost estimates and planning throughout the design process
• Prepare Construction Cost Estimate reports at all design stages
• Effectively manage cost analysis, valuation,
and cost checking tasks
• Engage in value engineering to negotiate final accounts
• Seek out new business opportunities with existing clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience with mechanical and electrical construction cost estimates
• Familiarity with MEP systems is advantageous
• Membership in a recognized qualified organization a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office and relevant softwar
