Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service during inbound calls
• Identify and recommend products and services to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets for additional incentives
• Participate in an eight-week paid training program
• Schedule shifts based on business needs, including evenings
Requirements:
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
• Availability for average 21-25 hours weekly
