Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing original content, managing TruLog's social media presence, and supporting the continued growth of our digital marketing program. Over time, the position expands to include paid search management and ownership of website content and design.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong creative instincts, comfort in front of and behind a camera, and an interest in building a broad marketing skill set within a lean, fast-moving team. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Produce original photo, video, and graphic content on site at our LaSalle facility and at customer project locations.

Assist in maintaining TruLog's social media channels, including content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

Write marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, product pages, and promotional materials.

Monitor performance across channels and report findings and recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, and operations) to align marketing efforts with company priorities.

Support and, with experience, assume management of Google Ads campaigns.

Contribute to and, with experience, assume ownership of website content and design, including layout, imagery, messaging, and landing pages. This role does not involve web development.

Stay informed on social platform changes, industry trends, and competitor marketing activity.

Work location: fully onsite in LaSalle,



Colorado. Occasional local travel to project sites for content capture.

Qualifications

1–2 years of professional marketing experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated ability to create content for a public audience, whether through professional work, internships, freelance projects, coursework, or personal channels.

Strong written communication skills and a clear, engaging voice.

Working knowledge of major social media platforms and the conventions of each.

Comfortable using AI tools to increase creative output and efficiency. AI is integrated throughout our operations.

Highly self-directed, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.

Must reside within commuting distance of LaSalle, Colorado.

Preferred Qualifications

Photography or videography skills, including shooting and editing.

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, or a content management system.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools.

Interest in architecture, design, manufacturing, construction, or building products.

What We Offer

Annual salary of $46,000–$52,000, depending on experience and portfolio.
