Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with leadership in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance employee engagement and retention. This role oversees key human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, policy administration, compensation, and compliance while providing guidance that promotes consistent HR practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture
Lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience
Develop and oversee learning and development programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and employee terminations while ensuring fair and consistent practices
Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, employee programs, and workplace procedures while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company standards
Support HR budget planning, workforce planning, and compensation reviews to ensure competitive and equitable employment practices
Leverage HR systems and workforce data to monitor key metrics, support reporting,
and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Safety teams to support employee benefits, disability management, return-to-work programs, and workplace compliance
Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen accountability, collaboration, and alignment with organizational values
Support organizational change initiatives while providing trusted HR guidance to leaders across the business
Your strengths include:
5+ years of Human Resources management experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, CPHR designation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience leading learning and development initiatives and supporting employee development programs
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, workplace compliance, and policy development
Experience with performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution
Knowledge of payroll processes and compensation administration is considered an asset
Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
