Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe work setting for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Achieve delivery and cost KPIs effectively.




• Implement operational improvements and Lean practices.
• Support leadership development initiatives across the site.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must exhibit excellent communication abilities.
