Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily forestry operations and crew activities
• Monitor performance and ensure safety compliance on job sites
• Manage resources, including staff and equipment




• Train and mentor crew members on arboricultural practices
• Coordinate with office staff for scheduling and reporting

Requirements:
• ISA Certified Arborist or certification within 6 months
• Minimum three years of arboriculture experience
• One year of experience leading arborist crews
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Act and pruning techniques
• Valid driver's abstract and ability to work at heights
