Key Responsibilities:
• Assign work to achieve production objectives
• Recommend improvements in production methods




• Train and mentor your warehouse team
• Oversee personnel actions and performance evaluations
• Maintain records and coordinate with customers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong group presentation and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work wide-ranging daytime schedules
