Shape patient recovery as a Physiotherapist I at Lamont Health Care Centre. Engage actively with clients and multidisciplinary teams in both home care and outpatient services.

In this full-time role, you will provide essential physiotherapy interventions focusing on optimizing client physical function and independence. With 2.5 days dedicated to home care and 2.5 days for outpatient services, you will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Key aspects include assessing conditions, setting rehabilitation goals, and enhancing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for home care and outpatient clients
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation strategies




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality improvement
• Engage patients and families in the care process
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to students and assistants

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Commitment to quality improvement
• Effective communication skills and cooperative approach
