Aviso seeks a Senior RESP/RDSP Registered Plans Administrator to join our committed team. In this vital role, you’ll ensure compliance and quality of RESP and RDSP plans, acting as a subject matter expert and guiding Registered Plan Administrators. Your expertise will stem from robust experience with regulatory frameworks and auditing processes to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and monitor RESP/RDSP plan administration
• Process plan-related contributions, withdrawals, and transfers




• Ensure accuracy in documentation and alignment with SLAs
• Prepare filings for CRA and ESDC on time
• Mentor team members and assist team leaders

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in CIRO environment
• Detailed knowledge of applicable regulations
• Completed CSC or IFIC is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities, bilingual preferred
