In this position, you will execute case management through early intervention for non-occupational and occupational injuries. You'll coordinate return-to-work plans, facilitate communication with employees, unions, and management, and report on WSIB claims for safe work reintegration. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage WSIB claims and develop return-to-work strategies
• Communicate with stakeholders to support the return process
• Conduct progress meetings with employees and unions
• Prepare for grievance and arbitration hearings
• Analyze medical documentation and oversee leave advantages
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Disability Management
• Knowledge of WSIB and Human Rights legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Parklane System
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
