Job Description What You Will Do Manage product support business activities for assigned mining accounts.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Develop parts and component forecasts using customer and Finning data.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and RFQ/RFP responses.
Lead customer business review meetings and participate in planning meetings.
Execute Customer Value Agreements and contractual commitments.
Identify opportunities to grow parts and service market share.
What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, product support, sales, or account management.
Robust understanding of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.




Experience working with large mining customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and forecasting capabilities.
