Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations with hands-on leadership
• Manage department budget, purchasing, and inventory




• Develop and implement creative menu designs
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Train and mentor pastry team for quality execution

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as Pastry Sous Chef in luxury settings
