Play a vital role in advancing infrastructure as the Roads and Highways Manager with Stantec in Calgary, Alberta. Oversee strategic project completion and strengthened community connections across multiple provinces.

As the Roads and Highways Manager, you will supervise a skilled team dedicated to delivering infrastructure projects. Your leadership ensures project excellence, robust client engagement, and adherence to safety regulations. You will collaborate with higher management and provide mentorship to enhance team capabilities while executing high-impact projects across the Prairies and Territories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and develop business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.




• Facilitate training and career development for project managers.
• Lead effective project delivery and execution planning.
• Promote performance evaluation and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in civil engineering; Master’s is a plus.
• Licensed as a Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.).
• At least 15 years of related industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
