In this pivotal role, you will report to the Project Director and lead the cutover and go-live strategies for the HIS project. Your expertise in planning, executing, and managing complex transitions will be critical for operational success. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams and ensure that all stakeholders are supported during this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive cutover plans for all campuses
• Develop go-live schedules with project leadership
• Manage command center workflows and team performance




• Coordinate with training teams for effective go-live support
• Capture lessons learned and refine protocols

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor's degree; PMP designation preferred
• 5-7 years leading healthcare projects
• Experience with multi-site HIS implementations
• Hands-on knowledge of clinical workflows
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
