In this full-time position, you will help shape the future of RES as it transitions to a governance board. You will be instrumental in implementing initiatives aimed at dismantling barriers faced by BIPOC-led organizations. Your role will encompass management of operations, community engagement, and grant writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic direction aligned with Board goals
• Foster intentional relationships with grassroots organizations
• Ensure accountability of RES to community needs
• Manage existing funder relationships and identify recent ones
• Implement 2026 programs focused on community mobilization
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years leading in non-profit environments
• Experience with equity-seeking communities
• Proven skill in financial management and risk oversight
• Knowledge of grant writing and reporting processes
• Deep commitment to JEDI values
