Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze issues under the Qualified Governance Act
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Assist with regulatory investigations and disciplinary hearings
• Draft and negotiate Consent Orders
• Support external organizational matters
Requirements:
• Law degree with excellent grades
• Eligibility for Law Society of BC's articling program
• Interest in administrative and privacy law
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven research and writing skills
