Become a pivotal force in medical education reform with York University as the Lead for Interprofessional Education Learning. This role emphasizes team-oriented curriculum development and equity initiatives.

You will oversee the integration of Interprofessional Learning into the MD curriculum, working closely with academic leaders and various stakeholders. The position also prioritizes Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to ensure the curriculum meets evolving healthcare needs and adheres to national accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to map IPE across MD Program years
• Guide experiential learning and clinical experiences
• Expand IPE in diverse learning environments
• Support development of key IPE competencies




• Facilitate relationships within the Faculty of Health

Requirements:
• Master’s in a health-related field
• Proven leadership in educational innovation
• Familiarity with IPE frameworks in health education
• Experience with curriculum implementation and accreditation
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
