Engaging with internal and external stakeholders will be essential for addressing design inquiries and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multidisciplinary design team for project success
• Allocate resources and manage project timelines
• Develop shop drawings using AutoCAD proficiently
• Facilitate collaboration on client design issues
• Handle external freelancer management and billing tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design/engineering
• 15+ years in the construction industry
• Leadership roles in cross-functional teams for 15+ years
• Solid AutoCAD skills; knowledge of SolidWorks a plus
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration
