As a Community Respiratory Therapist, you will report to the Team Lead and deliver essential respiratory services in Northern Health. Your expertise will be vital in promoting respiratory health, conducting diagnostic tests, and developing care plans for patients with respiratory dysfunction. Your role will directly impact patient outcomes through education and rehabilitation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote respiratory health through education and outreach
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic testing for patients
• Formulate and document respiratory care plans




• Develop disease self-management strategies for patients
• Collaborate within interprofessional teams to enhance care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Successful completion of the CBRC credentialing exam
• Eligible for CSRT and BCSRT membership
• Two years' experience in respiratory home care
• Valid BC Driver's Licence and CPR certification
