Elevate maintenance strategies as the Maintenance Excellence Manager at IPEX's Edmonton facility. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote industry best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Maintenance Excellence. Your task is to implement and improve IPEX's Maintenance Excellence program. You'll work closely with plant leaders to champion best practices including CMMS, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a people-first culture focused on safety
• Assess and drive maintenance best practices across sites
• Lead projects addressing both plant needs and enterprise goals




• Research cutting-edge methods for continuous improvement
• Support sourcing of external partners for consultations

Requirements:
• Technical certification or trades licenses required
• 3+ years in a Maintenance role within manufacturing
• Familiarity with maintenance practices like RCM and CMMS
• Instructional experience in training teams
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
