Decision Authority

The Studio Coordinator may independently manage routine communications, project tracking, courier bookings, approved supply purchases, and administrative follow-ups.

The role will escalation technical decisions, pricing or scope changes, major client concerns, and issues affecting quality or project timelines.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Proficient with calendars, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and project management software.
