Your Role: In this role, you will support leaders, subject matter authorities, and project managers from across the organization on critical initiatives assuring successful execution of the operational business strategy of the team. You will work on high-priority strategic initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and long-term goals by providing fact-based data analysis and creative analytic solutions to support decision making, new initiatives and process improvement recommendations. This will include crafting, augmenting, or modifying complex metrics to identify means of tracking data quality, completeness, and trends and will also be responsible for Supply Chain Network design and modeling.
What you'll be doing: Routing & Communication Manage general inbox requests from customer care and/or commercial team

Oversee shipment scheduling, routing, and carrier assignments handled by 3PL partners

Validate that all routes align with predetermined lane strategies and service expectations

Coordinate urgent or special shipments, ensuring clear communication between the 3PL, warehouse, and internal teams

Communicate route changes or disruptions to internal stakeholders

Maintain JDE tables to ensure order flow systematically

Review and manage all hypercare accounts

Partner with 3PL to ensure routing accuracy with regular and off-schedule deliveries





Monitors SLA adherence (on‑time arrival, first‑attempt success, appointment confirmation rates, white‑glove handling, POD accuracy).

First point of contact for first level escalations (missed appointments, damage, no‑shows, patient escalations); drive root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Reporting and Data Maintenance Supports field in problem solving and analysis to drive continuous improvements

Assists in the development of policies and procedures

Supports training and daily activities for department needs

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve SC performance

Partners with 3PLs to implement continuous improvement projects aimed at cost reduction, service enhancements, and route optimization

Create and update dashboards to support visualization and analysis of supply chain optimization outputs

Build and validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions

Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to address specific SC challenges

Other duties as assigned. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of transportation/supply chain analytics experience required

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Intermediate to expert level of MS Excel

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office

Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

Strong organizational skills, demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to multi‑task and prioritize

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with 3PL partners

Ability to operate in complex, fast paced environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work streams, teams, business divisions, time zones, culture and languages

Resourceful, able to find creative solutions to challenges. Identifies and resolves complex problems





Team player mentality with the capacity to lead and contribute to cross‑function initiatives.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and can work with an appreciable amount of latitude

Good planning and project management skills

Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company.

Nice to have: Lean/six sigma training and certification

2+ years of experience in transportation, healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service

Bilingual - Fluent in French and English

Knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL tools and expertise in analytics tools such as Tableau Desktop and Server, Power BI

Good understanding of ERP systems, TMS, WMS, Snowflake

Basic understanding of data import, manipulation and file/report development

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $85,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
