The Opportunity
Weâre hiring reliable, professional Security Guards in Calgary for long-term roles. If youâre customer-focused, calm under pressure, and reliable about growth, weâd like to meet you.
What Youâll Do
- Patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security
- Identify, monitor, and report security risks and incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms, threats, and emergencies
- Apply sound knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and relevant provincial statutes
- Use our E-Armour mobile apps to complete daily activity and incident reports
- Scan patrol checkpoints via E-Armour Software
- Use of Force: Apply approved techniques when required, in line with policy, regulation, and safety best practices
Requirements
What You Bring
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and computers
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow post orders and take lead when needed
- License: Valid Alberta Security Guard License (required)
- Certification: Use of Force (preferred; required for the higher rate)
- Experience: 2+ years in security (preferred)

- Event Security (ABST required): $18/hour
- Use of Force Certified: $20/hour
