Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting a Night Dispatcher for a well-established transportation and logistics company in Moncton, NB. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an organized and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating drivers, freight, and overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan and dispatch overnight drivers to ensure efficient freight movement.
- Coordinate overnight and early morning pickup and delivery appointments.
- Monitor and coordinate the movement of empty and loaded trailers.
- Schedule and coordinate trailer drop-offs and pickups.
- Dispatch and communicate with shunt drivers for terminal and plant operations.
- Prepare and distribute driver paperwork and trip information.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, terminals, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.




- Identify and troubleshoot logistical challenges while ensuring customer service expectations are met.
- Complete other administrative and dispatch duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer

- $20.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour night shift premium ($21.00/hour) + 4% vacation pay.
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity with long-term potential.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
- Weekly payroll by direct deposit.
- Occupational Health and Safety Training.
