The Role: Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate information and support Maintain a high standard of service quality and detailed documentation What You Bring: A typing speed of 35+ WPM successfully and accurately A warm demeanor and the ability to stay composed during difficult conversations.
