In this role, you will professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, document vital information, and ensure critical messages reach on-call personnel accurately and urgently, while adhering to all established processes and procedures.

What We''re Looking For in Candidates: Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills specifically in spelling, grammar and diction.

Uses qualified phone voice communicating customer care and concern.

Demonstrates active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.

Demonstrates accurate and fast typing skills.





Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
