Dans ce rle, vous jouerez un rle cl dans la dfinition, l''implantation et l''adoption de processus transversaux ainsi que des outils associs pour les fonctions Supply Chain, Approvisionnement, Qualit et Finance, et ce, travers plusieurs rgions et sites.

Au quotidien, vous collaborerez troitement avec les quipes internes, notamment les quipes Supply Chain, Procurement et IS&T;, afin de dvelopper des standards, assurer l''alignement entre les nouveaux processus et les outils disponibles, soutenir le dploiement de solutions SAP et accompagner les utilisateurs cls sur les diffrents sites.

Responsabilits principales Vous serez responsable de: Dfinir les standards, processus, instructions et outils associs aux processus transversaux tels que Source to Procure , Procure to Pay , Receipt to Deliver et Plan to Manufacture Analyser l''environnement IT existant et contribuer l''laboration de la feuille de route stratgique des systmes afin de soutenir les processus cibles Fournir aux rgions et aux sites des mthodes standards ainsi que des outils IS&T; pour appuyer les processus globaux de la chane d''approvisionnement Participer la dfinition de nouveaux outils IS&T; ou l''amlioration des outils et mthodes existants, en collaboration avec l''quipe IS&T;, selon les besoins d''affaires et les contraintes budgtaires Piloter le dploiement de nouveaux outils cls et s''assurer qu''ils sont utiliss de faon efficace et conforme Valider l''alignement entre les nouveaux processus et les outils disponibles Offrir un soutien durable aux sites, incluant la formation technique et le dveloppement des comptences des utilisateurs cls Animer et soutenir les rseaux de Key Users Planifier et raliser des rapports et revues rgulires afin de suivre l''adhsion aux processus et la performance des outils l''aide d''indicateurs de performance cls Coordonner la rsolution des problmes lis aux systmes et interfaces en collaboration avec l''quipe IS&T; Soutenir les demandes de mobilisation provenant des rgions, des sites ou d''autres dpartements Effectuer une veille technologique continue en Supply Chain et contribuer la dfinition des oprations digitales entre les diffrents sites Profil recherch Diplme en administration, en ingnierie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une orientation en chane d''approvisionnement Excellente connaissance de SAP dans un contexte Supply Chain Connaissance du modle Alstom Global Single Instance SAP ECC6, un atout Minimum de 5 ans d''exprience en chane d''approvisionnement et en gestion des flux d''information Minimum de 5 ans d''exprience en planification des matriaux et/ou gestion d''entrept Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes Leadership,

In this role, you will play a key part in defining, implementing, and driving the adoption of cross-functional processes and related tools across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance functions across multiple regions and sites.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with business teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and IS&T;, to develop standards, align new processes with available tools, support SAP-based solutions, and provide sustainable support to sites and key users.

Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional processes such as Source to Procure , Procure to Pay , Receipt to Deliver , and Plan to Manufacture Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the development of the IT strategic roadmap to support target processes





Providing regions and sites with standard methods and IS&T; tools to support overall Supply Chain processes

Supporting the definition of new IS&T; tools or the improvement of existing methods and tools in collaboration with the IS&T; team, based on business requirements and budget constraints

Driving the deployment of new core tools and ensuring they are applied properly and efficiently

Validating alignment between new processes and available tools

Providing sustainable support to sites, including technical training and key user skill development

Leading and supporting Key User networks

Planning and conducting regular reports and reviews to monitor process adherence and tool performance through key performance indicators

Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in collaboration with the IS&T; team

Supporting mobilization requests from regions, sites, or other departments

Conducting continuous technology monitoring within Supply Chain and contributing to the definition of digital operations within and between sites Required Qualifications Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on Supply Chain

Advanced SAP knowledge within a Supply Chain environment

Experience or understanding of the Alstom Global Single Instance SAP ECC6 core model is considered an asset

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and information flow management

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management and/or material planning

Strong problem-solving skills

Leadership, initiative, and decision-making mindset

Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills

High level of ethics and integrity

Commitment to continual learning and professional development

Fluency in English required

Fluency in French and English required

Availability to support international sites and travel at least one week per month

Bilingualism Proficiency in both French and English is required.

Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
