- Operational Risk Management (ORM) , Key Risk Indicators , and quality control testing background
- Bank testing methodology , governance control , and business process familiarity within banking
- MS Excel , PowerPoint , Visio , and Word proficiency
- University degree

- Understanding of wholesale banking business operations and processes
- Comfortable presenting to executives

Responsibilities

- Support Key Indicator programs and operational risk management activities
- Coordinate periodic dashboard submissions and reporting activities
- Assess Key Risk Indicators to identify program enhancement opportunities
- Conduct testing of key controls and requirements
- Develop action and remediation plans to address internal control gaps
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance controls and remediate process gaps




- Assist with ad-hoc risk and control initiatives
