Requirements:
• High School Diploma with customer service experience
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in HVAC-R or technical sales (an asset)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in on-call rotation
